đŸ“¦ Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Exclusions:
Custom orders, special imports, or clearance items are non-returnable.
Products classified as hazardous materials, chemicals, or consumables cannot be returned due to safety regulations.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as masks, gloves, and respirators are non-returnable once packaging is opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Customer Support at +65 6475 8708 or email support@intratrade.com.sg with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Await approval and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Step 3: Ship the item back to Intratrade’s warehouse at your own cost unless the return is due to a company error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
3. Refunds & Exchanges
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Exchanges: Customers may request an exchange for a similar or alternative product of equal value.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns to cover handling costs.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify Intratrade within 48 hours of delivery.
Intratrade will arrange for replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
5. Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to Intratrade’s error.
Free Shipping Threshold: If the original order qualified for free shipping (orders above S$150), and the return reduces the order value below this threshold, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
