The ScaleBreak PulseFlo™ GDS-160 is a compact, high-performance, portable clean-in-place (CIP) descaling pump system designed to remove scale, restore flow, and improve heat transfer in mid-sized industrial systems.
The GDS-160 is engineered for fast, efficient descaling with features that simplify operation and maximize performance. An integrated flow reversal valve allows instant direction changes without disconnecting hoses, helping break up stubborn deposits, clear blockages, and improve cleaning coverage, reducing total descaling time. The onboard tank manages foam and CO₂ gas release during descaling, preventing vapor lock and air pockets while ensuring consistent circulation and improved chemical effectiveness
A built-in freshwater port enables quick system flushing without reconfiguring hoses – simply adjust the valve to rinse or discharge, saving time and minimizing handling.
