đŸ“¦ Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Exclusions:

    • Custom orders, special imports, or clearance items are non-returnable.

    • Products classified as hazardous materials, chemicals, or consumables cannot be returned due to safety regulations.

    • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as masks, gloves, and respirators are non-returnable once packaging is opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact Customer Support at +65 6475 8708 or email support@intratrade.com.sg with your order number and reason for return.

  • Step 2: Await approval and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Step 3: Ship the item back to Intratrade’s warehouse at your own cost unless the return is due to a company error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Exchanges: Customers may request an exchange for a similar or alternative product of equal value.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns to cover handling costs.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify Intratrade within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Intratrade will arrange for replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to Intratrade’s error.

  • Free Shipping Threshold: If the original order qualified for free shipping (orders above S$150), and the return reduces the order value below this threshold, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
