Designed for clean-in-place (CIP) descaling, this compact system helps maintenance teams restore flow, improve heat transfer, and reduce downtime without disassembly.
The ScaleBreak PulseFlo™ GDS-120 combines efficiency and ease of use with its integrated flow reversal valve, allowing operators to instantly change flow direction without disconnecting hoses or stopping circulation, helping break up stubborn scale and clear blockages faster. The built-in tank manages foam and CO₂ off-gassing to minimize air pockets, ensuring consistent chemical contact and more effective descaling performance. An integrated freshwater port simplifies rinsing by enabling quick switching between circulation and discharge modes, reducing handling time, and improving operator safety.
